- Airport pickup and drop services on a private vehicle including before and after the trek(2 airport transfers for international flights)
- Accommodation in Kathmandu valley for 2 nights with complimentary breakfast(Hotel Thamel Park or Similar)
- Accommodation in Pokhara for 2 nights with complimentary breakfast(Hotel Splendid View or Similar)
- Kathmandu - Pokhara - Kathmandu transportation on a tourist bus(Private vehicles as per the group size or Kathmandu - Pokhara - Kathmandu flights can be arranged at additional costs)
- Pokhara - Nayapul to Pokhara transportation on a private vehicle as per the group size (car, jeep, van or a bus)(Both way private transfers (trek starting point - trek ending point))

- International airfare, Nepal visa fees (two passport photographs), travel and medical insurance, emergency evacuation(Nepal via fees; 15 days - USD 30, 30 Days - USD 50, 90 Days - USD 125 | Visa extension - USD 3 per day, Late fine - USD 5 per day)
- Personal nature expenses(All alcoholic and non-alcoholic, hot and cold drinks, hot shower: USD 5 - 8 / per shower, WiFi, battery charging, tidbits etc.)
- Costs arising from natural calamities, mishaps or anything beyond our control (weather problems, airline issues, unforeseen circumstances)(Costs are not refundable and transferable in any mean if you leave the trek voluntarily and want to return from the trek earlier than scheduled)
- Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu and Pokhara (if not mentioned in the itinerary)(It is not included also in the case of early returns and late departures than scheduled itinerary whether it's voluntarily or due to unforeseen circumstances)
